This is a wonderful friendly family run hotel in the heart of Bellagio. Could not fault the service and attentiveness of staff. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety in a beautiful setting. 100% recommend as a perfect place to stay.
Michale was super helpful as the other staff. They made sure our all needs are met. The breakfast was good. Location is perfect. The rooms are small but you pay for what you get. I’d recommend this place for a short trip .
I recently stayed at this charming family-owned hotel in Bellagio, and it was a fantastic experience! The location is perfect, right in the heart of everything, yet peaceful and serene. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel like part of the family. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to start the day right. The outdoor area is absolutely charming—so romantic and relaxing. It truly made my stay unforgettable. Highly recommend!
This hotel is lovely. The decor makes you feel like you’re staying in an antique museum. It’s got great character. The view to the courtyard was beautiful. Air conditioning worked.
Negatives, WiFi barely worked, at least on the 3rd floor. Water pressure was weak.
An amazing stay at Hotel Centrale! From the clear communication by the owners to the incredible breakfast…Hotel Centrale goes above and beyond to assure you a pleasant stay.
Very unique, charming, old time European property, although the showers are small. Nice staff, very friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfast.
Great stay.
This property is central to everything but it is in the middle of a hill. Sixty three steps from the waterfront and a steep incline to the top where the shopping and some restaurants are. You have to temporarily park (15 minutes) at the top where the church is located to unload your luggage and run it down the hill to the property. Then you have to find a parking space which can be a hike away. We went out late at night to find a free spot(white lines) so we would not have to pay during the next day (blue lines). All parking is free at night.
Not a good choice for the elderly.
My 22 year old son traveled over seas for the first time by himself, I wanted to make sure I picked a good, safe hotel for him. They went above and beyond and made sure I knew he was well taken care of during his stay. My son said the hotel staff were the kindest people he's ever met. It's a smaller family owned hotel and it shows in how they treat their guest. My son absolutely loved the free breakfast they offered. It was a huge plus for him to not worry about where to eat first thing in the morning. I would highly recommend this property to anyone!
Third time back at the lovely family run hotel right in the heart of Bellagio. There is nothing like being greeted by name as you walk in the gate and the stay matched or exceeded expectations from there. I recommend this property to all my friends
Very friendly and helpful staff including the 'hands on' family who run the hotel. Very convenient location in the centre of the village. Fairly small but comfortable and well presented public areas and bedrooms and all essential requirements. Pleasant garden and patio area. Good breakfast which can be eaten either inside or outside depending on the weather. Combination of quality and price makes it excellent value for Bellagio. Many residents were only staying a few nights but we were there for 8 nights and were happy throughout our stay. Would certainly return again. (If access is an issue, there's a lift in the hotel but there's a significant flight of steps to the hotel, not surprising as many of Bellagio's streets are steeply stepped, however the staff were very keen to help carry suitcases to the hotel as well as to the rooms).
