The hotel is located within the historical city of Porto Seguro and at a walkable distance to the city centre or few minutes by car. It offers excellent installations and serves very good breakfast to guests. The room is very comfortable

I would totally recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families. It’s not your traditional resort but sure it meets the needs to enjoy Porto Seguro. I love stuff members, everyone very charismatic and helpful, especially the front desk Sabrina. Location is great even if you don’t have a car, you can just call an Uber. Is very close to city town, near passarela do álcool end all the night life and restaurants. The only down side is they don’t carry an iron in each room, and if you need to get a clothe iron they will do it for you at a charge. This was the only downside for me, but I guess this is a trend in the area. I will definitely stay again.

The best thing about this place was the food. Dinner and breakfast were amazing. The room was ok. Basic but clean. A little disappointed to not have a hammock when ever other room had one. All good though.

No era lo esperado que describen para la selección, muy lejos de la playa y de lugares para comer, olor extraño en la habitación, baño muy incómodo, instalaciones y habitaciones que necesitan remodelación el piso de las habitaciones por ejemplo peligroso porque está desnivelado y se tropieza con las losas y se puede uno caer, habitaciones extremadamente oscuras no se veía nada, llegamos un poco antes del horario y no nos permitieron entrar a pesar que les dijimos íbamos a salir mucho antes de la reserva, me impresionó que no se respeta al cliente adecuadamente de manera general, eso se siente y no se debe engañar al cliente.

Descrição sobre minha hospedagem 30/05 a 02/06/24
Fiz a reserva para eu e mais 13 pessoas, totalizando 14 hóspedes primeira decepção foi me colocarem no último quarto mesmo eu informando que tinha problemas nos dois joelhos , ao longe de várias tentativas após dois dias me colocaram em um quarto mais próximo, as tias da limpeza muito educadas e os garçons que trabalham na parte da noite muito educados também porém o pessoal da recepção do hotel deveria de fazer um curso de atendimento ao cliente, hotel em si bom estrutura boa quartos limpos, segunda decepção foi na “CORTESIA” de drinks que me deram vc não tem direito a escolha eles que falam o drink que é, quando fui reclamar porque não tomamos drink com álcool os recepcionistas informaram que seria pra se contentar com o que era oferecido pois o mesmo era brindo cortesia , infelizmente pela atitude de alguns funcionários do hotel eu não retornei mais ao mesmo, primeira e última experiência. Café da manhã com poucas variedades, senão fosse a tia da tapioca que por sinal muito educada também o café seria mais uma decepção. Como podem ver no meu cadastro na hotels.com todo mês praticamente faço uma viagem com um grupo de pessoas, infelizmente Porto Seguro Eco Bahia Hotel deixou a desejar.

Infelizmente estive em Porto em um período de frio e chuva e o chuveiro estava sem água quente depois de chegar suja no hotel e reclamar fui informado que não tinha água quente devido a demanda que se eu quisesse água quente teria que esperar para tomar banho após a meia noite, um absurdo, depois de muito reclamar e exigir testar um outro quarto recebi uma chave de um quarto de categoria maior testamos e para a minha surpresa lá tinha água quente, mas também o quarto só foi liberado para que eu tomasse apenas um banho e me retornasse ao meu quarto. No último dia de estadia um funcionário abriu a porta do quarto sem ao menos bater para conferir se tinha alguém e a placa de não perturbe estava na porta, por favor orientar os funcionários minha esposa tinha acabado de tomar banho estávamos nos arrumando para deixar o hotel dentro do horário estabelecido, por sorte não houve uma situação constrangedora. Tirando essas duas situações a estrutura do local é boa, um bom café da manhã, ótima localidade.

O hotel, poderia ter mais opções para crianças, brinquedos, sala de jogos, sauna. A piscina por exemplo machuca pelo tipo de revestimento semelhante a de chapisco de muro, poderia ser como de todas as piscinas. O local é realmente bonito, a localização é muito boa.
