Staff were very helpful. The property is right across from dinning options. The only thing that was not very convenient is that some of their rooms are being remodeled and during the day it can get very loud because of that. Other than that I will definitely be staying here again.

Hotel Alameda centro histórico is a nice place to stay in Morelia although there is plenty hotel in the historic center at reasonable prices. It could be better if they offer a half way de ent breakfast for the kind of hotel the breakfast is very poor

Incredible location, with view from our room 305 of the Cathedral. Well maintained and friendly staff that accommodated our English. They also kept our bags in a safe area since we arrived early and left late. I highly recommend.

Outstanding Service, food was good and reasonably priced. Executive Suite had king bed that had seen better days. I would recommend for overnight stay but not longer. I was there six nights.

Fantastic staff!
We were disappointed that we were not given the accommodation we requested at booking 3 months prior to our stay. Other than that the hotel stay was great. The room was immaculate. The housekeeper, Carmen, was phenomenal. The breakfast included in the stay was delicious and the breakfast staff was wonderful. The bellmen were also very pleasant to work with. Overall it was a wonderful stay.
