River Mountain Lodge is the best located property in Breckenridge. Four o'Clock runs ends at the front door of the building. The gondoloa s just a short walk down the block and main street is a half block away!
This residence has everything you need for a great vacation, including washer dryer, TWO bathrooms to help busy vacationers get moving in the morning, a flat screen tv, full kitchen and even a spiral staircase for the second floor loft bedroom.
The sleeping accommodations are 1 queen bed, queen sofa sleeper and queen murphy bed.
The complex has underground parking so no brushing snow off your windshield. There are several hot tubs, sauna, steam and fitness room. The lobby even has a small bar where people can rest and chat while recuperating from an active day on the slopes. There is also a restaurant and ski shop on premises.
I don't rent the residence much as it serves as my home. Please, no smoking, no big parties, this is a quiet place to get away from it all.
Come enjoy East 308 while in Breckenridge.

Convenient and Well-furnished Unit at Breck!
We stayed in unit E308 for 7 days during a recent ski trip to Breck!
The unit is extremely convenient, located at the River Mountain Lodge which is right by the gondola to Breck. There are frequent buses which pass by the lodge to pick you up and shuttle you to the gondola in the morning. In the evening you can come back by bus, or take the 4 oclock run directly down the mountain, which ends right at the lodge.
In terms of the unit, it contained practically everything we needed: a fully equipped kitchen, a TV, a murphy bed, and an upstairs loft with a queen bed. Unit also has underground parking which was awesome. Also the River Mountain Lodge has a ski valet at the front so you can leave your skis in in the evening when you come back to the unit.
The owner Tim was communicative over chat, and left water, juice and some cookies for us when we arrived, which was a nice touch. You cant ask for more!
