Overall the stay was fine. But, we were disappointed when we arrived and learned they did not have a POOL as the pictures had indicated. They had taken it out years ago to put in a fitness center. The front desk person only said "the owners have been trying to take that picture down for a few years..." They did not offer any concessions or free items. My son was disappointed. The hotel put us on the first floor. By 630am, there was a fair amount of noise in the hallway. It almost sounded like metal carts with metal pans hitting a bump and clanking all over. It happened at least five times. Finally, the general upkeep of the hotel was so-so. Lots of apparent knicks in the wood that need to be reapainted/re-stained. The shower head needed some plumbing help as it was spraying water into the ceiling at certain angles.

The amazing staff was so welcoming and kind! They really are the gems of the beautifully decorated hotel. Since the property restaurant was closed, they provided menus for an adjacent restaurant. Again, very hospitable. The hotel was beautiful. They have a very nice bar area and even offer a complimentary cocktail ticket. I would definitely stay here again

The hotel is a little far away from walking distance standpoint. The property is charging $30 valet the public parking garage is literally next door (that they also use). Parking is free in Savannah after 8pm on Saturday, so if you’re staying the weekend, the hotel is ripping you off big time. The room was just average. I paid $132 for my room. I would not pay a cent more.

The staff there was very professional and helpful and the lobby is beautiful. Beyond that it was horrible. Our beds were never changed. The comforter on one bed had red stains on it. Housekeeper came around typically at 5:30-6PM! The restaurant that you see in photos is not operational because it is not staffed. There is no continental breakfast. There is a bartender in the evenings who will make you drinks and he is very nice. The valet is not familiar with any restaurants close to the hotel and gave us faulty directions to a restaurant that was literally around the corner. We were very disappointed and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I expected more from this "boutique " hotel stay but I was thoroughly disappointed. As many others state, they have NO PARKING for check in. They valet at the public building across the street and overstate the rate for if you park yourself. Linen was very dingy and the accommodations were lackluster. My daughter actually broke out in a rash after she came in contact with the bed sheets. She also noticed a weird smell. My breaking point was witnessing management berate staff in front of guests. The staff seems to be doing as best they can under such oppressive leadership. I definitely would not recommend nor will I stay at this location again.

After the first night, the cleaners did not come to clean our room. We asked reception and the reply was “you should have requested this service”??! Also the check-in person was not friendly or helpful and provided us with misinformation in which regarded restaurants opening times nearby. Check out was also not great. We waited a long time for someone to be at the desk and they were not very polite.

Their website said there was breakfast provided the day we checked in, but we were told they no longer provided breakfast. There was condensation causing drops of water to be on the floor in our room. We did like the room and it was clean and quiet.
