Very Cozy
The property is cozy, and very cute. We had an issue of our own making when trying to get into the property and the customer service was excellent. Awesome experience.

Little place with lots of personality
I loved my stay. The space was just the right size for my needs, with all the amenities. The location is within walking distance of pretty much everything and the location is quiet and picturesque. Management was responsive and were quick to address my needs. I would definitely recommend.

Great stay!
What we loved: The location. We were able to walk about anywhere we wanted to go in downtown Savannah. There wasn't a lot of street noise. The record player is a nice touch. What wasn't so awesome: There is a 2x4 supporting the bed frame. It's not well designed, so the board will fall out every time you sit on the bed. At times it could feel like the bed was going to give out. We laughed: The cottage is built a little crooked. I think the doors are even custom cut to accommodate the crookedness. It's a little disorienting at first, but it works and gives us a story to remember. Overall: we loved the stay and would do it again.

Rude representative. Bed had a 2X4 brace that fell every night. I got what is expected for the price.

Eww mold
Toward the end of our stay I noticed there was a strip of mold under the bathroom window and then there was a loss of electrical power to the bathroom (only the bathroom).

Great One Nighter
Very comfortable, easy check-in, entire accommodation was well done; had everything we needed (loved the fold out table & chairs!); only ‘funny’ thing: age of Tiny House had all doors & floor on very slight slant-we laughed when our suitcase rolled away on its own!! But not bothersome at all! Overall good time!

Wish we stayed longer
Great two night stay. Good location close but not to close to main historic downtown. Definitely a historic building with slanted floors and gaps in doors but that was part of the charm. Would stay here again.

Tiny Cottage was a winner!
Cute place and very clean. Don’t be put off by the alley walk into the property- the patio makes it worth it. Only gave it 4 stars because it needs a new queen bed. Everything else was a 5 star moment!

Excellent location in the Historic District
If you're looking for location, this is it. It's within walking distance of everything in a quiet part of the historic district. Keep in mind this is a very small place which is why we chose it. We just needed a place to sleep that was clean and quiet, and that's what this is. Also keep in mind that it is an old building and slants down on one side which can take you by surprise the first few times! The kitchen has everything you need, and the property has a semi-private courtyard which is very quiet and lovely. The only downside is that you cannot park in front of the property and go in the front door, but you can park easily on the street behind. You enter through a gate between two houses, then go into the property through the other door. All of this is spelled out in the instructions, so there's not really any confusion. There's even a washer and dryer. We really enjoyed our stay there. It's great for two people; with three it would be too crowded.

Awesome Little Cottage :)
This was a great little place to stay in for our spring break getaway to Savannah! The cottage itself was awesome, it's nothing frivolous but when you're out and about exploring all day it makes the perfect little place to come back to and relax after a long day of walking around. The best part was the location, it's situated in the perfect area where it's still in the midst of the beautiful old historic district, but it's you're not going to get ghost tours coming by every 5 minutes and have people staring in your windows. We stayed 3 nights and never got in the car till the day we left, everything was within a very reasonable and safe walking distance. We never felt unsafe or creeped out walking to and from the Vrbo even late at night. In the mornings, there are a few different breakfast places and cafes that are less than a 10 minute walk from the cottage. Everything was great and I have nothing bad to say about the place, 10/10 experience and we'll definitely be returning one day :)

Tiny cottage is located within walking distance of water front, restaurants, and shops. Wear your walking shoes :) Blinds that block street lights, full size coffee pot, and extra pillows would be a nice addition.

Sweet place in a great spot
Loved the cottage perfect for the two of us. One note: I need a very dark room to sleep well. With the security lights of the main house and the streetlights in the alley, the cottage remains quite bright at night even with the shades drawn.
