The hotel was in a great location, extremely cleaning and the staff most helpful. The breakfast was perfect to start the day and there was great variety of food. The staff were more then happy to help and always had a smile. The location was great, been in the middle of the city, a lot of places where walkable. This hotel is great value for money

Unsafe. We felt the hotel was unsafe, unmonitored. Our $55 thermal insulated water bottle disappeared at the gym. We reported it immediately, but it wasn't returned to us. We took a junior suite room, advertised to sleep 3. After we paid the extra $35 fee, they brought in a rollaway bed which made the room very cramped. Also, we saw mice scurrying on the patio.

We loved our stay at the Alagon D'Antique Hotel & Spa. The hotel staff were all very professional and helpful. Breakfast was included in our stay and there was always a vegan noodle option available, along with soy milk, juice and muesli. The hotel dinner menu also included a vegan section if needed. We booked one of the bigger room options with a window that gave a city view. We were worried about traffic noise at night but this was not an issue. The gym was well equipped and we appreciated the view from the rooftop bar area. We did take advantage of the hotel spa. We enjoyed our full body massage so much the first time that we booked a second one for the next day. They didnt hold back on the pressure, which we needed after long travel, and we booked the option that included use of hot stones. This area is very walkable and lots of options for vegan and non-vegan restaurants are in the area. If you like to walk, this hotel is well situated to explore District 1 and see many tourist hot spots. Staying here was a great way to start our trip!

Nice breakfast with many selections. Staffs are average friendly. Dislike of the $50 room deposit when check in and must be in cash without giving head up when making the reservation. Hotel refuse to take credit card for the deposit.

We were welcomed by friendly staff, the room was small but very nice, the complimentary breakfast and happy hour drinks were more than expected. A thing that we didn’t expect, unfortunately, was that our guest room toilet didn’t flush well. Hotel even left instructions for us to only flush natural waste but not the toilet paper. We found this very strange!
