I recently stayed at this hotel and found quite a lot to appreciate about the property. The location is excellent, making it convenient to explore the area. The rooms themselves are well-appointed and comfortable, with nice amenities and furnishings. Throughout my stay, the front desk staff was consistently helpful and professional, always ready to assist with any requests.
However, I encountered a significant issue that unfortunately impacted my experience. On the morning of my stay, I was abruptly awakened at 7 AM by the housekeeping staff servicing the room directly across from mine. The staff members were quite loud, leaving the door open while communicating via walkie-talkies and calling out to each other across the hallway. This continued for about two hours, making it impossible to get back to sleep. As a hotel guest, undisturbed rest is a basic expectation, and this level of noise during early morning hours was disappointing.
While I appreciate many aspects of this hotel, I would suggest management review their housekeeping protocols to be more mindful of guest comfort, particularly regarding noise levels during morning room servicing. Perhaps implementing quiet hours or ensuring doors remain closed during cleaning could help maintain a more peaceful environment for guests who wish to rest.
Despite this issue, the hotel has many positive qualities that could make it a good choice for travelers, particularly those who plan to be up early.
