Wonderful hotel with very helpful staff. I have stayed in this hotel twice now and will be coming back again in the future. For the price and quality it would be very hard to find a hotel in Hồ Chí Minh City that can match it.

The staff working there were very friendly and helpful. They are always there if you need anything. The rooms were cleaned and serviced everyday. The room was very spacious and comfortable for a long stay of 1-2 weeks, it’s perfect. I would recommend this place to stay. Thank you.

They should fix air conditioning, it ran but the room was still hot. And the design of showing is so weird, the owner should check it. This is the first time i see it, can’t take a shower when u hang it on the hold… could be it’s ur style 😀😀😀.

The bedding is excellent, but the hotel needs to upgrade the basic amenities offered to guests, such as hand towels and hand soap. I'm really surprised they did not provide those.

Staff were friendly, but I would recommend going for a cheaper hotel as this one had the most uncomfortable beds and no natural light in the room. The walls were also so thin that we could hear anyone who was walking around the hotel, not to mention the fact that staff were shouting and laughing at about 12pm one night, making it impossible to sleep.

Kind and helpful staff, great location, rooms may need a little dated, but that is ok. Only complaint is the shower inside the tub was not what we are used to do needed to play around with it (ie: not enough hot water for multiple people to shower back to back, hard to control water pressure and temperature.)

Overall experience was great, room was clean and the staff were all helpful. Only concern with our room was that the air-conditioning wasn't properly working too well and the shower head was partially clogged

Small hotel next to several malls. Elevator did not go up to 9th floor so had to go to 8th and walk upstairs to 9th. Did not understand that.

Closed the hotel whilst we staying there.
They closed the hotel during my stay, I was moved from a suite to a poky little room at their sister hotel. The reception at the sister hotel was rude and obnoxious, refusing to call a manager to listen to my complaint about the hugely inadequate / poor breakfast (just fruit, bread and eggs).

Great service and friendly staff. Very helpful. Rooms are spotless, and a great breakfast. Also, the location for a first time visitor turned out to be perfect. Would rate 9 out of 10, and definitely return. I took a mark off because I was charged for early check in, even though the desk agent said the room was empty. Only 200,000 VND, but I felt it was unnecessary. Otherwise, all good.

Disapponting. Not what I expected.
Room was advertised with a window. However, there is no window. I do not consider a window leading into a hallway as a window. That is a misrepresentation on which my choice was made. Very misleading. Tv remote control batteries were not replaced until I reported the device not working. Behind the tv, lots of dust and a used tissue. Further, they charge for water located in the fridge. Service staff seemed nonplussed at best of times.

Good area, can walk around lots of restaurants, proximity to Opera House; did not have a window and was very small ( barely had any space to walk around the bed),but I only stayed 2 nights so not a big issues for me;
