Fantastic hotel. Everything was perfect. Room was spacious, with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was lovely; had a vast range of food. The high tea is the best!! All of the staff are friendly and helpful. Great location.

Hotel was good however it’s non refundable so when our plans changed an only needed one night instead of 3 we got no money back, however we did ask them for a late check out and they managed to get that sorted but with a bit of a huff. However all in all good place to stay.

On this occasion we were not advised that the restaurant would not be available for dinner due to a child’s birthday party. We ordered room service which was ok except the room is not set up for dining purposes. So that was a total failure.

The private outdoor tab was not working properly. Indoor jet tab was okay but the bathroom was so hot since it’s not insulated enough. Otherwise the room was average in this class. I enjoyed stay anyway.
