An excellent hotel on the busy river front. The river front sky bar was awesome! The staff & management went above & beyond when my wife left some valuables behind. Thinking they were lost, staff/cleaners had found small valuables & put them aside for us to claim once we noticed they were missing. A huge relief. Thank you Majestic for your honesty, decency & service

Great stay at the hotel, it is old timey but that is part of the charm. Staff was warm and welcoming, the breakfast buffet was OK, not great and the drink for VIP was a glass of orange juice…so not a perk

Nice location. Decor and condition is clean and grandeur on the outside and lobby. Room conditions are dated. Towels are ragged with threads hanging out of them. Very old towels. Amenities are decent. Room dusty and not well clean. Air conditioning is not adjustable and room is set to warm temperature, not cold at all. Bathroom needs to cleaned better. The room came with a decent breakfast, very bland.

Great hotel, disappointing experience in the end.
Hotel was wonderful, however, I had to cut my trip short due to some issues with my wife (she is disabled and the care I setup fell through for the end of my trip). I had to cancel two nights and requested a refund of those two nights. The hotel told me I needed to get with hotels.com for the refund. I contacted hotels.com and they told me the hotel's policy would not allow a refund. The hotel told me it was hotels.com policy that would not give me a refund. I am not sure who is lying, but it is so discouraging that honest people/companies are few and far between. There were cheaper hotels available but I wanted this iconic hotel. I could not help my wife's situation and felt a little compassion was in order. Super

A great hotel. Lovely old building full of charm. The staff were brilliant with little touches such a birthday cake we did not know about. They were all very friendly. Breakfast was good.

Thumbs Up for Hotel Majestic
We had a marvelous time in Ho Chi Ming City in large part because of our stay at Hotel Majestic. It has a great location on the road adjacent to the Mekong River with a tremendous view from the roof top bar. It is within walking distance to many wonderful attractions including shopping and the magnificent Ole Saigon Opera House where we were able to witness a very wonderful acrobatic and artistic dancing performance. If you like classic style hotels with a French colonial flare, Hotel Majestic will be for you. Very appealing to us compared to modern hotels.

The building had a sense of history and tradition. Breakfast was also delicious. The view of Saigon River from our room was amazing. There were too many motorcycles and I felt unsafe when walking around.

Fantastic hotel with a great bar on the 8th floor for drinks and snacks whilst watching the city at night. Nothing too much trouble. Breakfast was amazing, best I have experienced.
