Excellent, but......
Excellent location makes this true luxury hotel a great choice! Service was excellent everywhere in the hotel. A huge spread at breakfast with well thought of selections. The only issue I faced was - our room was NOT upgraded despite there being less than 100% occupancy! Of course at check-in I was told our room has been upgraded to a larger size. Having architectural background, the room was the same as booked !!

First time in HCMC and this hotel is great. It was clean and the staff was so friendly. They have a sister hotel that is 1.5 block away so just be mindful to check into the right hotel. The breakfast buffet was really fresh and good. The rooms are on the small side but that is to be expected as space is limited in Vietnam. The best part of the hotel is the staff, they were so friendly and attentive. In particular, Liem who helped us with several food recommendations and was always eager to help answer any questions we had. Would book again.

The staff here is amazing! Always full of smiles and very friendly! We had an early flight and was checking out at 5:30am so they prepared two breakfast takeaways for us! Just so thoughtful!!! I highly recommend this hotel!!! Also has a beautiful breakfast area and overall very clean!!!

The Team were absolutely amazing and took a genuine interest in makeing our stay 5 star. Nothing was too much trouble and it all those littlevthings that made the experiance even better. E.g. I needed to change money, so one of the team ran down the street and organised it within minutes. Great service.

Just learned that this property is only two (2) years old, so the facility is still very good. Their breakfast is also very good with many selections. Our 4 night stay did felt premium. We would love to stay here again given the chance to visit Saigon again in the future.
