I arrived at the property at 8 pm, but couldn't communicate with the owner to provide the access to the room. The owner only pick up the phone once time, stating that his employee will come down to meet me at the front desk to provide the access info, but his staff never showed up. I called again several times but the owner didn't pick up the phone, I wait until 10 pm, and very tired after the the long trip. Need to check in to rest, but they never showed up. Then I have to called the Expedia for help, Expedia cancelled and relocate me to different hotel. Unprofessional communication service.

I paid the price to Expedia for the room. When I got to the hotel, I walked around for an hour in the rain with all my luggage to try and find the right building. When I found the right building, they told me they did not receive payment from Expedia so made me pay again for the room.

The apartment is extremely luxurious and clean, I love the view from my bedroom. The staff is extremely kind and friendly, they clean the room for us every day. The infinity pool is beautiful. I love the Landmark 81
