The good: location. Somewhat affordable, but in line with what you get for what you’re paying, which really it isn't that great. Modern. The bad: Wifi issues. Flooded shower *unhygenic* generic response because i booked a deluxe room I was treated “less than”. Poor customer service. Elevator is shared with theatre so took a long time. Beds were not comfortable. Downgraded. Summary: definitely look at other options if you have the funds. But if not then its to par with the price. Nothing spectacular- mid

I absolutely love this place for its location and excellent staff service from the moment we checked in to the concierge looking after our needs. Room is clean and view of HCM city nightlife not to be missed. Highly recommend!

Good stay in the city

The hotel is in a very central location and we got a room on 12th floor with a city view and it looked amazing at night, especially with the lights. The breakfast every day was a good spread offering offering both Asian and Western choice. There is a pool on 19th floor and a nice bar which offers great views over the city. I would say though that I don't think they vacuum clean the room very often. Overall, i enjoyed my stay and it's very close to all the major sites and 15min drive to the airport.

Nice spacious and clean hotel in district 1. Very good air conditioning. I even enjoyed a facial at the hotel spa, which was very nice though more expensive than what you’d find on the street. Minus one star because the walls are not so sound proof and loud neighbors were frequently heard. Hotel location is very convenient and walkable to the tourist spots.

Property was across the mall, a 2 minute walk to walking street Nguyen Hue, across from high-end brand name stores, walkable to Ben Thanh market, tons of food options outside the hotel. Roof top pool was nice. Rooms were modern, clean, and spacious.

Great location & comfortable place to stay

Room was a good size and comfortable bed. Breakfast buffet had lots of options and good coffee (espresso machine at your disposal). Staff at the rooftop bar were very pushy for payment - never asking if you want another drink, just demanding you pay for your drink/food at awkward moments despite the place not being busy at all. Pool is nice and warm and theatre has lots of movie showings. The hotel is very good, just not exceptional. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
