When we got to happy life the reception was full of people and it took them quite a while to come and tell us we did not have our 2 rooms that we had booked It was obvious they had over booked even though they were telling us there was a water leak in one of the rooms. We were moved to another hotel and the property did not have a roof top bar and restaurant like Happy Life. The room was very small and not as good as the one we had booked at Happy Life. We are very dissatisfied with this outcome. Chan is the lady who was given the job to deal with the situation and she was very nice. Not her fault it had happened. We also saw other people that had also been moved to the other hotel. I took a long time researching and picking Happy Life. I have never complained or been unhappy about any room we have ever booked. But this was a disgrace
