I was thoroughly impressed by the hospitality and professionalism of the team during my recent stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff greeted me warmly and efficiently checked me in. They took the time to answer all of my questions and provide helpful recommendations about the local area. Throughout my stay, the housekeeping and service staff were attentive and responsive to my needs. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained. Anytime I had a request, the team addressed it promptly and courteously. What really stood out to me was the genuine care and friendliness of everyone I interacted with. They went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. It's clear this hotel places a strong emphasis on customer service and creating a welcoming environment for guests. Brian from service desk did an amazing job going beyond my request to have this stored post-Check out as well as a send away box so I can take it home with me from the airport. Everything was upto standards, will return again as its central to dining, shopping and walking streets of D1

The location is clutch its near everything. All the things i wanted to to was a 10 min drive pr 20 min walk or less.

Hotel was great! Room was modern, clean, and resembled the pictures that are provided online. Lobby staff were attentive, helpful, and provided wonderful service. The only things i did not find up to standard were the room curtains, which do not black out the room as there are many gaps between the curtains and the walls, which can be an issue if you want to sleep. Also the elevators had a consistently damp and sour smell in them, even with air fresheners placed inside. However aside from these, everything else about the hotel is top notch and wonderful!

Very good.
Lovely hotel with nice decor. Room that i had was huge and very comfortable. The layout of the bathroom and toilet is not very user friendly e.g. towel hook is just next to the shower. The splash from the shower will dampen the towel. The shower gel, shampoo are placed just above the toilet roll so the roll also gets wet when you reach for the gel and shampoo. Universal plug at the desk is a little low to be able to fix my laptop UK plug to it properly.. Location is excellent.

Price is reasonable for the location is strategic and easily accesible to all tourists spots. Kudos to the staffs here providing top notch service. We feel so welcome everyday after a long day out. Gym is just alright, but hey ... why spend time at the gym right ~ Enjoy the beautiful city instead!
