Excellent value rentals. Each unit has a unique modern design. I rented two different floor plans. Air conditioning was freezing cold. Water was hot when I needed it to be. Full kitchen and washing machine. What more can you ask for? It’s not a picture perfect unit, but most people are here to explore Saigon. Communication with the booking/check in staff was excellent once you l acquire the correct supported app. Specifically, Nolan was really helpful in letting me check in early and transferring rooms. Security is everywhere so you’ll feel safe. Yes I would rent from Saigon 9 again. Thank you!

You have to let them know a day prior to use the swimming pool. You simply can use it when you want. Other than that, nice place to stay.

Raymond, Nolan, and Min were extremely helpful, respectful, and responded to our needs in a prompt and courteous manner. The pool was awesome, and enjoyed the grocery options in the complex. It was easy to walk to sightsee and visit attractions like Ben Thanh Market, street food vendors (in any direction), and the Hop-On-Hop-Off bus. We would recommend this property and definitely stay again when we are back in the area.

For the price, Saigon 9 was well worth the stay. Hotel room was spacious and clean throughout. Really liked the private street, made for easy pick-up and dropoff for us. The only complaint I have is no daily housekeeping.

Had trouble getting into the property with the owner at 1 am! Happened at least twice again with the same issue, even the cleaner could not get in. Pool is not for "bnb" renters, you can use the pool but not the pool deck. It did not make sense. You also have to be taken down, there's no direct access. Some areas of wear and tear noted throughout the rooms. There was no bathroom rug, had to mop after each shower. Rug was brought in three days later. Minor inconviniences. Beautiful view. Shopping locations including a mini mart and 7 eleven. Awesome a/c in each room. Owner was apologetic on day 1 and treated the party to a local meal, welcome surprise. I would not stay here again. Will take hotel.

The location was great! The staff were amazing. Always ready to reply to our messges. The unit was amazingly clean. Very spacious and the view from the 26th floor was spectacular! Highly recommend staying here, very affordable especially in a major city. Many late night quick shops downstairs for last minute needs. Thank you staff! It was a pleasure staying at the River Gate!

Min was a great host at this location. It is just a 6 minute walk to district one activities, 4 minutes from delicious food, and many conveniences in just a few blocks. Elevator building. Balcony. Min made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you for saving us after our first hotel cancelled our reservation.

The Rivergate property was lovely, modern and a quiet respite from the noisy, chaos of Ho Chi Minh. While a wonderful, vibrant city, we found that we needed a bit of quiet to recover from the city of scooters! Especially while walking!

SWIMMING POOL SUCKS AND NO USE!
Every time you want to use the swimming pool, you need to ask for permission, and it's only available from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. It’s closed on Mondays. They should remove 'Pool' from their name. I stayed for a week and couldn’t use it at all because of the limited hours and registration requirements. So, if you want a swimming pool here, FORGET IT! THIS IS NOT A HOTEL, IT'S A REGIDENCE. NO FORNT DESK FOR ANY HELP!
