The hotel is definitely not clean. Not sure if anyone’s has experience this but it was a definitely first for us. Bed was dirty and had to request for a bed sheet change. In addition the bathroom roof was off and had to request for them to close it up. Admittedly the hotel staff was nice and the Location is close to Ben thanh market.

Front desk open 24 hours

All around service was excellent. Quiet. Clean. Plenty of hot water. Free breakfast was decent. I arrived in Saigon late, past midnight & the hotels.com website said check in until midnight. I already had a reservation, so I took a taxi to the hotel. The front desk was open & I believe it is open 24 hours.

立地は非常に便利です。 ホテルは改装してきれいですが、シャワールームの排水と設備に問題があります。シャワーを浴びた後の水がトイレルーム全体に広がります。

街の中心部にありどこへ行くにも便利だった！ベンタイン市場は徒歩5分以内で行けます。ホテルとしては日本のビジネスホテルくらいです。
