I requested connecting rooms for my family months ahead in advance, but they were not able to accommodate upon check in. They could not even get us rooms on the same floor. That was quite a let down. Luckily, my kids are old enough to stay in a separate room by themselves, but I am curious as to what other families with small children would do.

Great Stay
The rooms are nice and spacious. Beds are comfortable. The breakfast buffet is phenomenal. No reason to leave the hotel looking for good food. The seafood dinner buffet, however, is not worth the price in my opinion. Many of the items are exactly the same as the breakfast buffet. The seafood although plentiful did not seem to be fresh.

1.Tableware for breakfast has no cover, and every hand can have a touch on it, which is worse than eating from a street food stall. 2. Breakfast staff attitude is not friendly, food quality is very average. I used to stay at Sheraton before, and this time was totally a disappointment.

Great location in the heart of the city. Have stayed here many times over the past few years and the rooms are comfortable, staff is outstanding and the location is in the city center. There are newer hotels not far away but this location is the best.

Beautiful hotel
First time staying at this hotel. I frequent Saigon for work and love this city but tend to stay away from the city centre as hotels are often loud and dated. This hotel was absolutely beautiful and in a great location. The breakfast was great and the staff were outstanding. My stay coincided with a celebration in the square which was very loud and the team made every effort to ensure that they moved me to a room in the other tower which was to my liking. I also appreciate the breakfast box they put together as I was flying out before I could have breakfast the next day. The gym and pool are lovely as well. Would definitely recommend!!

There are two buildings to this hotel. One is older and larger rooms, other is newer. Ask to stay in the newer building. They will say both are the same but it’s not true. They’ll try and upgrade you to the larger older rooms, don’t do it. The restaurants, breakfast and gym are all in the newer building
