The staff was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. They were attentive and took care of our needs. Our bartender Quy was very personable and gave us tips of where to eat out in the city. The property was nice except for occasional sounds from other rooms. The bed can be softer too. Overall, we had a great time!

The location is close to Le Thanh Ton, and the Opera House, and you can choose from many restaurants. The hotel facilities aren't new, but the staff is lovely and helpful.

I had a massage at the hotel and ended up getting red dots all over my body. I immediately noticed the reaction and asked the massage therapist about it. She waved her hand in my face and said “it go away”. Come to find out it’s a severe case of Folliculitious and spent the next month in Thailand with red large bumps all over my body but mainly my legs.

Thoroughly enjoyed this boutique hotel. Staff was excellent. The rooftop pool/jacuzzi/bar was fantastic after long day of sightseeing. Breakfast and afternoon tea was great. Our room had a beautiful view of the river. The hotel was close to everything we wanted to see. We walked just about everywhere (be careful as a pedestrian of the cars and motorcycles :) You get use to it.

Very nice hotel, we stayed for 3 nights and it was comfortable and friendly. The only area for improvement is the sound proofing between rooms, our neighbours had their TV on early in the morning and late at night and you could hear every word.

Very convenient location close to the major sites. Hotel staff were friendly and the hotel had all the amenities I required. Breakfast area was a bit small and the gym was very small. The Rooftop bar was small as well and does not accommodate many people.

Great cleanliness and worth staying.
Great hotel, just needs an updated and cleaner rooftop bar upstairs. The pool Is more of a spa bath than something you can swim in.

What a fantastic hotel! The location was perfect and the staff went above and beyond (we had arranged taxi service with them and the driver was waiting for us even though our flight was delayed. Then, Jennie at the front desk helped us when our taxi from our next hotel didn’t show up. If only all hotels were as beautiful and well run as Silverland Jolie!
