Lovely hotel
Lovely hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had great choice. Only downside for us was there were only 4 sun beds at the pool for such a big hotel.

Great service and comfortable rooms
Best service all around. The rooms are basic, not very clean, spacious and comfortable. The gym and sauna are very nice. Great location, away from noise but close enogh to reach the entertainment.

Hotel Apartment is very near to a building construction, and the construction works goes on for 24/7. First 2 rooms aircon wasn’t working, which to the 3rd room aircon was working but vents are down.

Check in was difficult after 24 hrs of travel, we were told we could not be accommodated in the booked room and we would have to upgrade. That was okay, so we paid an additional $100AUD to accommodate 3 x people though upgraded room still only had 2 x single beds so had to push together. Still the reception staff refused to provide a third towel or bottle of water unless we again paid an additional fee. We were provided with any info on the hotel or the surrounding area. Wifi works on and off so not the best if staying for business. The shower was broken and flooded the bathroom floor each time it was used and kept falling down when in use. The restaurant is only open for breakfast. The pool and gym area were great, very clean with toilets and showers available for use. Not a lot around the hotel that was easily accessed with children. Would not stay again or recommend this hotel to family or friends.
