My stay at the Myst was excellent again. I have stayed a few times previously and always enjoy the calm, elegant rooms, excellent breakfast and impeccable service. I would say that my room could have done with a bit of TLC. A few lamp bulbs didn't work and perhaps a new coat of paint, but for the age of the hotel - the place is truly A+.

Absolutely amazing stay. We stayed at three hotels while in Vietnam, and must say this was but far our favorite. The process was seamless from airport to hotel, staff was friendly, and food was delicious. Would highly recommend. Also shout out to Kim for being incredible!

The picture of the outside of the hotel makes it appear more attractive than the building actually is. Although built less than a decade ago, the building is already looking tired (have corridors on room floors open to the elements doesn't help).

We loved our stay at the Myst! The staff are outstanding and helpful, the concierges had lots of great recommendations and even helped us plan a train trip. We had massages at the spa, and those were also great. Will definitely be back next time.

What a wonderful base to explore the city. The hotel was close to everything and the roof top pool provided a fantastic reprieve and wonderful views from the chaos of city life. From the attentive staff, fabulous breakfast and afternoon tea, everything was perfect. A great start to our trip.
