Fantastic location, fabulous room and facilities, but above all the staff the staff were just brilliant From the moment we were met at the airport to the very last moment when we were delivered back to the airport and helped to check in for our flight (!!!!!) the staff were just the best. The English speaking staff were absolutely amazing. The attention to detail for their customer service was phenomenal. Easily the best hotel service I have ever received and I have been to hundreds of different luxury hotels all around the world. The Reverie Saigon is without a doubt THE BEST hotel I have ever had the pleasure of staying at.

It was very crowded & noisy due to an event just in front of the hotel. This hotel is in a very good attraction area. The street is always full in the evenings. I had a room on the 28th floor. I was sleeping in a high level. I was still hearing the noise from the street.
