Second stay was great as the last. Staff was courteous and professional. The breakfast buffet options are wide between pho, egg, sausage, and hash browns. The room is perfect for 2 travellers although it can be stuffy if there is a lot of luggage.

Good location, as everything is a short grab ride away. It’s very quiet despite being fairly central, the gym is decent and the staff are friendly. My room was ideal for a solo traveller but two would struggle I think. The room was always cleaned to an excellent standard, and towels replaced when required. For me personally it met all my requirements and needs for a comfortable trip!

Room was small and filled with cigarette smell. Staff did not apologize first hand, yet send someone to confirm instead. When asked to borrow an iron, instead of bringing to the room, they asked us to go and get it ourselves. Disappointed for the price paid.

The hotel setting is like a modern apartment and I love the room is clean and comfortable accommodations. The facility is also equipped with an area for laundry/ gym and a multifunction room where you can work, or study. The minus thing is that the food quality at the lounge. I ordered Pho one time and the soup broth is very bland; food is cold. Also the staff need to help customers with their luggages. They have 4 ppl working at the concierge but they don't bother help me bring up the luggages or bring them out to the cab. The location is a bit farther from the center; and not so many food options around.
