The Space:
This new fully self-contained unit is uniquely positioned. Located in beautiful Blackmans Bay, it’s just a short 15-minute drive from Hobart CBD. Close by you’ll find beautiful beaches, great restaurants and easy access to all that Hobart has to offer and you can’t get a more convenient than this location to enjoy the best of the Huon Valley and Bruny Island.
This standalone unit is is extremely private and well appointed. After a busy day, relax with a glass of wine in the private outdoor entertaining area. Inside you’ll enjoy the air-conditioning on hotter days and heating on cooler Tassie days. There’s also heating in the bedrooms making winters in Tasmania super cozy.
The living area is open plan, ideal for entertaining and spending time together and there are games, packs of cards and toys to keep the kids entertained. The kitchen offers full cooking facilities including a dishwasher, microwave, oven and fridge. All essentials are provided along with a Nespresso Coffee machine for the coffee lovers. The unit is tastefully decorated where you will feel totally relaxed and comfortable.
There are two beautiful bedrooms with super comfortable beds and quality linen; both have a luxurious King bed. The main bedroom also has a ensuite and a Smart TV , perfect for snuggling up in bed on a cold winter night with your favourite show. You will also have guest support throughout your stay and premium toiletries and quality linen is supplied.
The single garage offers internal access, and the laundry includes a washer/dryer to take care of your washing requirements. There is further off-street parking for up to 2 cars. In the lounge you will find a large flat-screen Smart TV and we also offer free WIFI.

Blackmans Bay Beach is only a few minutes’ walk from the property. There is plenty of space for children to play or to relax in the sunshine. Also enjoy the eating houses along the beach.
There is a another beach and play park only 7 minute drive from the property, at Kingston Beach. There is plenty of space for children to play or to relax in the sunshine.
The closest supermarket is Hill Street Grocers (gourmet deli) at Blackmans Bay just 2 minute drive away. There is also a Coles and Woolworth supermarkets in Kingston just a 5 minutes’ drive. Kingston has 2 well-appointed shopping centres, although for serious shopping you may have to take the 15 minute drive into Hobart.
Getting Around:
Its best to have a car when visiting Hobart however if you don't there's a bus services into the city or you can use a taxi or Uber.
