I rated 3 as I am not impressed becuse of the following: - lobby could be better lighted. - our bed is a bit squeeky and unstable because it rolls. - No bath robe, no slipper - No free drinking water unlike other 3-4 hotels, they offered drinking water - Can't cast my phone into the telly. - Door could be more secured by putting an automatic hinge above. I have to drag the door to close always

Terrible coffee. 7eleven coffee is better. The breakfast buffet was a little lacking, I wouldn't bother doing it twice. Other than that, there were no dramas, friendly staff, and happy to mind our bags whilst we went hiking for 4 days and returned.

For the nightly rate this is a very good deal. The hotel and rooms are kind of blah but clean and the bath worked well. The daily service was excellent and everything we asked for at the desk was provided. The fitness room was average but that's fine. Parking underneath works great and spots were big enough for my large pickup

Stay in Family suits with 2 bedroom joint room which was suitable for our needs and affordable accommodation in CBD, great locations convenient easy accessible but lack of facilities such no Netflix just HD TV boring no smart tv blankets need to change or update or provide options specifically for allergies skins etc. and few little maintenance issue, loose toilet paper rail, dirty AC filter and need new batteries, no air Freshner lack of ventilation and very dusty and pointless cleaning voucher and would be great and helpful to provide mini microwave features as well as just kettle and cups, glass only

Comfortable rooms with easy access to Hobart CBD. There is some road noise and nearby nightclub activity however we didn't have any real problem with this. Our room lacked smart TVs which meant we couldn't access our streaming services. This could be a deal-breaker if we stayed any longer than a few days, particularly with 3 kids. Some crockery would also make the stay more comfortable (our room was limited to a few glasses and coffee cups). Guests should be able to self-serve breakfast cereal at a minimum.
