Good reception and help. Lots of steps required as elevator goes to level 2.5 - go elsewhere if lots of luggage. Great location and included breakfast was good at the harbor facing resturant but should be a room breakfast credit if early departure as the go meal is not worth it
Hotel Review:
We recently stayed at this hotel for four nights and had a generally positive experience. The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the area and access nearby attractions. One of the highlights of our stay was the excellent Christmas buffet breakfast – the variety, quality, and festive atmosphere truly stood out and added to the holiday spirit.
However, we were disappointed that during our entire stay, the housekeeping staff never refilled the paper box tissues in our room. This small oversight was inconvenient and detracted slightly from an otherwise enjoyable visit.
Overall, it’s a great option for its location and dining experience, but attention to detail in room amenities could be improved.
Great price that includes a restaurant breakfast. Close to shopping and lots of food and you can book all your activities from just across the street. This is a busy part of time as it is next to the cruise ship terminal so I felt very safe.
Overall this is an excellent place to stay. It's in the exciting precinct near Franklin Wharf, Constitution Dock and Salamanka Markets. Breakfast was included.

All the great facilities and must visit spots are a short stroll from your doorstep. Rooms were of good size and well appointed.
