You know you are in for a good time as soon as you enter this contemporary renovation to this Victorian Georgian classic. It appears quaint and simple out the front, but inside is sophisticated and elegant.

There are 4 bedrooms, 2 large queen bedrooms on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms on the upper floor each with 2 single beds. Complete with 2 outstanding bathrooms that are finished off with tas oak vanities and storage areas that contain all the accessories to make your stay seemless. The flowing floor plan creates an open feel, designed to let you enjoy indoor and outdoor living.

It is setup perfectly for pre-wedding gatherings with plenty of glamour, otherwise a group of friends who are keen to catchup, or the discerning traveller who enjoys the finer things in life and enjoys a little history. This is all within 15 minutes from Hobart CBD or 30 minutes from the airport. It is conveniently located close to shopping centers, beaches, cafes and restaurants and even the Kingston golf course is just 5 minutes drive away. With all of these attractions so close, it still manages to feel secluded and private.

Lucas Street boasts a bunch of special features to be discovered. It's one of three heritage buildings in the Kingston area and has a vast history dating back to 1858.

Absolutely amazing property worth every dollar
This place was breathtaking from the moment we pulled in. Beautiful property with plenty of space and places on the ground for people to hang out and relax. The owner has spared no expense in renovating the property and the blend of new furnishings and amenities is very tastefully incorporated with old character of the original building. The owner had even left a fully stocked pantry with food items, sparkling wine and water in fridge and even a spread of different cheeses. Not why you choose the place, but just a lovely extra touch. The property is amazingly furnished and stocked with soft expensive towels and soaps, linen on the beds is high end... in fact everything feels luxury, nothing cheaply done. Honestly this place will be our go to when we go to tassie from now on. We booked this place for a week as a special occasion for my 40th birthday and it was worth every dollar. Book this property as I promise you won’t be disappointed.

Last home to a 2.5 week stay in Tasmania- perfect
This Kingston home is in a quiet neighborhood located a throws distance from Hobart. Home was immaculate and very comfortable. We were a grp of 4 friends in 40’s - 60’s. This was our 5th home in 2.5 weeks. By far the most comfortable. Big points for the dryer as we noticed most homes provided the washer but not the dryer. The home is updated with ample pantry & other accessories in kitchen. We wanted for nothing. Had a couple questions during our stay that the property manager, Nicola was able to answer very quickly. Absolutely recommend. Absolutely recommend.
