The hotel was satisfactory in terms of cleanliness and service quality. However, it is important to note that the Wi-Fi connectivity in my room was inadequate, resulting in difficulties in establishing a stable connection.

This was a nice place to stay. Very comfortable. Included buffet breakfast was nice; dinner at the hotel was good. Wi Fi didn't work in the room (but we had the farthest room away from the main area at the hotel) We enjoyed our stay for 2 nights and would stay again if came back.

This is an older hotel property with a ton of character. The rooms are very large, clean, and comfortable with black out curtains. The breakfast was included and delicious with homemade breads and jams- there was something each person in our family enjoyed! The owner’s daughter worked reception and she was so king and lovely answering all our questions about Iceland and the area. We really can’t recommend this place enough! Some people have complained that the WiFi isn’t strong- and this is true- but the food and character and welcoming vibe of the place more than makes up for this. Would recommend to others!

Lovely hotel with comfy beds and good light blocking shades! Had a large family room to fit our group of 5 with private bath. The buffet breakfast was delicious with a variety of hot, cold items. It was included in the price which was a nice surprise.

Great spot to spend the night & the food was good in the restaurant. Unfortunately, there was little to no WIFI, which was disappointing when you are travelling with children. Other than that, would recommend.

Family run property - a little gem near the Hofn area. Great place to crash after a trip to the glaciers. The restaurant on the property is a life saver as anything else is a bit of a drive away. They had a great breakfast with several home made items from the family owned farm nearby. Dinner had farm to table to entrees including lamb from the farm in which the property sits. We changed rooms from a Mountain View to an ocean view instead - which was a mistake, as we didn’t realize that there will be yours leaving for the glacier right outside our window in the morning - gets pretty noisy with those vehicles in this otherwise extremely quiet area. The owners were friendly and we hope the property stays with family for many more generations
