The lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful. In the room the shower didn't work right, the pull out couch/ bed was dirty with other people's trash. Had to get a roll away bed, but that was hard and lumpy.

There is no elevator. We were told a bus full of guests had taken all the downstairs rooms. Everyone we saw in downstairs rooms had cars. Lots of trips up and down stairs delayed move in and check out. Toilet was designed for small females only. Had to flush multiple times. Exhaust fan didn’t work. Heater AC had to be on heat or AC. Neither was comfortable. Just shut it off. Room was too dimly lit so it was difficult to find personal items. We will stay elsewhere next time. Just too hard on my old back especially with poor sleep. We even went out for breakfast to get a decent size toilet.
