The room was very clean and conveniently located. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept onThe continental breakfast was good, clean and very much appreciated. Only feedbacks for improvement are — the sink had a drainage issue taking a while to drain properly, that likely just needed some care and the shower hardware can be updated.

Would stay again!
Really nice stay close to the Petrified Forest National Parl. The hotel staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfy, and the breakfast was very good. Lots of options and even a hot breakfast! Would definitely stay again!

Don't be fooled by the exterior of this hotel. At first glance, it appears old because it is BUT the good news is inside is beautifully restored and most importantly SPOTLESS! Excellent stay. Felt safe and clean. Once you are in your room, it's as nice and clean as any Sheraton. Surprisingly great room.

It is in a quiet location, and a very nice room with a breakfast. Have stayed before and would stay again.

Would not stay here again even for the low price.
Check in was ok once the attendant arrived. Had to wait 10 minutes for her. Toilet ran on and off all night long. Air conditioning was very loud. They must not have carpeting on the second floor because everytime the person above us moved we heard it. And they sounded like they were running a marathon all night long. Tub was pitted. Molding missing. Bathroom door hits tub. Ants in bathroom. But I guess you get what you pay for.

The staff was friendly and courteous. She did not get inpatient when I could not find my credit card. She finished the transaction in a hospitable manner. It was very nice to have a person be hospitable while doing their job.

This is a great place to stay. Staff is very helpful. Even found me a coffee pot! Breakfast is great. Easy on and off the highway and close to dining. Door Dash works too!
