Nice old hotel. Good tv channels. Comfy bed and clean small room with queen bed. Very high ceilings. Bathroom separate was ok too. Bar areas downstairs were good. One staff member could have been cheerier. On main street but quiet in my room.

Good people, nice food and big clean family room. One of the single beds was completely worn out - so uncomfortable and should be replaced. Other beds were fine. Other than this, it was value for money.

The property is an amazing heritage building with a good location and good price. Unfortunately all town, cafes and bakeries don’t provide vegan food so we could eat just a horrible hard pizza with tomato paste and chips. Fortunately was just for one night. The town is a gem but the locals are not friendly at all. The customer service of the hotel was fine but not very welcoming. We are not going back in that town anymore. Just Trevor was very welcomed at the information centre and that’s it.

1. The food in the bistro was great. 2. The service at the counter was friendly. 3. The room was cold when we entered it. 4. The wall heater was way up the wall. 5. The ambiance was quiet and peaceful. 6. The breakast bar was EXCELLENT! 7. Parking was very easy.

Our stay at Riverina Hotel in Holbrook was marked by excellent service, with the staff going out of their way to ensure our comfort, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The hotel is nestled in a safe and convenient location, with the perk of easy parking—a boon for any traveler. While breakfast wasn't available on-site, we found a charming cafeteria just a stone's throw away that served a wonderful breakfast, adding a delightful touch to our mornings. The hotel’s cleanliness and facilities were commendable, though there's room for slight improvements that could make future stays even more pleasant. If the Riverina Hotel could spruce up their room detailing and possibly collaborate with the nearby cafeteria, it would elevate the overall guest experience remarkably.

The buliding is old, tired and needs a bit of TLC. It is clean and tidy and the room price is fair for what you get. The staff are friendly and nice meals available with nightly specials. We will visit again next time in Holbrook.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the hotel. It’s in a beautiful town where the locals are really friendly…..the architecture and atmosphere of the town is really lovely…. It also offers all the services you want to be around both residing and travelling yet honours its small country town vibe …. It’s really lovely and I’ll definitely be back ❤️
