Under new ownership and recently refurbished, this 2 bedroom 2 bathroom property is the ideal vacation home for couples, friends or families. A spacious open plan living room includes a kitchen and dining area, with patio doors leading out to a private terrace for outdoor dining. Upstairs, both bedrooms are air conditioned, with the master bedroom benefitting from its own outdoor balcony and seating area.

3 Mango Court is one of 4 townhouses set around a sparkling pool and patio area. Sun loungers and umbrella are provided. The courtyard development is private and secure, with entry by electronic gates.

Geoff, the Property Manager, will be at the house to greet you upon your arrival and will be available throughout your stay should you have any questions. Weekly maid service is included.

Suitable but overpriced
The property looks great. New paint and good furnishings. Noticeable immediately, there’s no bathroom on the main floor. Plantation shutters everywhere, no screens or glass windows. Cannot close off outside noise. No barrier for mosquitoes. The unit was ok, but far from the premium expected by its high price.

Great Location, and property manager Geoff was really helpful. Cleanliness is not great, I would expect cupboards, crockery etc cleaned between lets. But it may be down to the kitchen units being a little tired and the abundance & assortment of utensils, glasses and crockery. Keep it simple, remove old items! Privacy /security screen around the property should be added (I understand the original had rotted & was removed) but it does mean people passing can see into the property and that you feel you need to lock up when using the pool as anyone could jump over the wall. Suggestion is given for a washing line to be added as not all items can go in the tumble dryer. The communal area & pool could benefit from some repairs/paint. However, all in all, I would stay there again.
