On entering Sugar Hill you will step into an oasis of serenity and beauty. Surrounded by over 50 acres of beautiful, manicured gardens with an abundance of majestic swaying palm trees. Tropical birds, tree frogs, geckos, parrots and even green monkeys habitat this delightful environment.
The main focal point is the Clubhouse, with its amazing infinity pool and popular restaurant called ‘The Deck’. This superb setting overlooks the sea and is perfect for that sundowner or two and a great place for meeting people. There is a fully equipped Gym, with shower and changing facilities. Four floodlit tennis courts, a small convenience store, and 24 security all available complementary to our guests. The second of the pools is very close to our apartment. This tranquil environment is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a hard day, either at the beach or exploring.
As hard as it may be to leave the beautiful pools, our owners Beach Club Membership is available for our guests to use at the 5* Fairmont Royal Pavilion Hotel. This includes very comfortable sun beds, beach umbrellas, shower and toilet facilities, car parking, beach bar and restaurant. Water sports are available at a discounted rate, as is food by showing your membership card. Less than 4 mins drive away.
Holetown is Ideally situated 5 minutes away by car, with an abundance of restaurants to suit any budget. Fine dining, local Bajan dishes, supermarket, banks, cinema, medical centre, shops, designer shopping and local crafts. Speightstown is less than 10 mins by car away with fabulous eateries and bars too. In fact our coastline is scattered with some wonderful bars and restaurants.
In our opinion, the most impressive aspect of our apartment is the private outside living space. With sumptuous furniture providing ultimate comfort and total relaxation. The large, renovated private roof terrace, has two sun beds, sofa, table and chairs. It really is the ideal place to be for relaxing, reading or as daylight fades, for watching the amazing sunsets over the distant sea views with a sun downer, or even star gazing, pure bliss!
The covered lower terrace, over looking the pool and gardens, is accessible from the lounge and bedroom. It allows you to enjoy lunch or candlelit dining , with additional comfortable chairs for reading/relaxation and 2 external fans for your comfort.
Our refurbished apartment and indeed our second home, is extremely well equipped for the rental market. Mosquito netting has been installed to all external doors, there is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you would need, an oven, brand new Smeg fridge freezer, a new dishwasher, a washing machine and dryer. The kitchen leads to the delightful lounge area with 2 sofas. Samsung flat screen TV with local and international programmes, with the addition of a Fire stick providing Prime TV, live sport and video on demand. A telephone with free local calls, Bluetooth portable music box. Ceiling fan and brand new AC unit has been installed here to help with the summer heat. Doors that lead out to the lower terrace.
Completely renovated bathroom with a quality walk in shower and sink unit. Triple towel rail and Luxury cotton towels are provided. Pool and beach towels, beach parasol, cooler and portable lightweight beach chairs are also for use.
The fabulous bedroom with a brand new US king size bed ( June 2024) lots of storage, hair dryers and straighteners, mirror. It has an AC unit and ceiling fan for those warm tropical nights.

Housekeeper is provided on bookings over 7 nights or more. If more visits are required these can be arranged and are payable by the guests locally. Only those booked can stay at the apartment.
Our property Manager can arrange car hire, groceries, excursions, fast track security and even a private chef! Car hire is highly recommended due to location. You can walk to Holetown 30/35 mins and beach 20mins. Downhill going!!!!
There are stairs to get to the apartment and no lift, and another set to reach the upper terrace. We are a quarantine approved apartment and all utility costs and Room levy tax is included in your rental rate. Please note that our apartment is strictly non smoking/vaping etc both inside and outside on the terraces. Thank you!
