The Holiday Inn Express and Suites is just a beautiful hotel. Very spacious and clean, and the bed is extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel in St. Thomas and will be back again. :)

I gave 5 stars for the questions asked. Its a nice room and hotel. Its also a clean hotel. The only things i did not like was how extremely cold the pool is. The hot sauna would be too hot after some time. Needed to come out to cool down a few times. Other guests felt the same. It was nice to have all the " Dove "soap, shampoo and conditioner out. The only problem is how strong of perfum they have. Its not the original that you buy in stores nor are they hypoallergenic. Than I didnt know if it was the bedding sheets or the supplies used on my skin that made my skin uncomfortable. Thought i would write this review as I am still in bed.

We had a recent stay at this hotel. It was a great experience overall. The check-in process was efficient and the service was so friendly. The room was nice and clean. The stay included breakfast. There was a good selection of breakfast items and more than we expected. I can't say enough about how attentive and helpful the staff are at this hotel. Our safe wasn't working and the manager came up to check it out right away. I also needed some hot water for some instant noodles that we brought and the girl at reception was so nice. The kids enjoyed the pool. It was a nice way to end the day. The only things I would mention is the bathrooms need a better ventilation system. We noticed a spot of mold on the ceiling which I advised of at check out. Also the tv channels are very limited. If I didn’t have an Android phone, we wouldn't be able to watch Netflix on the tv.

This is a newer, clean hotel, the suit was very nice. Comfortable bed, nice sized TV's, well stocked kitchen, fast elevator, convenient ice and the mall being right there was great, breakfastwas also pretty good. However, the water pressure was very low and went up and down ( hardly worth showering), and the bathroom fixtures were already fallling off the wall. Very nice hotel, would stay again, minor issues.

The lock on my door malfunctioned and it took 1.5 hours to let me in my room. Thid happened at 10pm so it was major inconvenience. If your key ever stops working and flashes green, red, this means the lock needs a new battery, and will take 1 hour....
