The Inn is older and that shows. Overall, it was pretty clean. The fabric on the couch and chair in the room were very dirty. The room was very decently sized and the kitchenette with fridge, sink, microwave, and cupboard space were a very nice feature for a family of four. Breakfast was good and the staff were very nice. There are so many dining options and shopping within walking distance.

I wish I could ask for our money back. Pool was dirty, slimy and cloudy. Our heat/air unit wasn’t working the staff offered us a fan. The property was very outdated. Then…. Breakfast no milk no juice and no selection. I would rather sleep in my car

This is a very nice place to stay. The water temp of the pool was perfect. The rooms were clean and the staff were welcoming. The only complaint was that the waffle maker was broken when we had breakfast. Otherwise, everything else was good.

Minor things brought the rating down: the juice machine was out of order but there was no attempt to provide an alternative. Fruit, yogurt and muffins were "out". We determined the juice machine was still out of order the second day so ate breakfast elsewhere. A directory for the TV would have been very helpful, as would information about the area. It was an average stay for a high price.

They were short staffed and the front desk person has to work the front desk AND the breakfast room. The breakfast was AWFUL! There was mold in the shower. We had to get our own towels b/c they didn't have any one to bring them to our room. Our sheets were DIRTY so we had to pick them up at the front desk because they didn't have anyone to bring clean sheets to us.

The check in and check out was very easy. Couple months ago tried 4 times calling to extend my stay for a day and they hung up on me and said their computer was down. The room was fine. Slightly outdated and dirty. Drip marks on bathroom walls and garbage in empty tissue box. Breakfast was a plus but it was limited selection.

NEVER STAY HERE. The breakfast was terrible/non-existent, check in was slow, room condition was outdated and smelly, and the worst was that we were overcharged and the manager refused to correct it after mutliple contacts.

This is our 7th year coming to Holland. Weve stayed at this hotel 6 out of the 7 years. Bnext year when i book, ill ask for the first floor! We really like the doors to go out on the 1st floor. The breakfast was better when it was a best western hotel.

Name change is not for the better!
When we checked in we had two kids with my husband and I. we went to our room and there was only one bed. I went back to the front and was told there are two your husband needs to walk into the room. Went back up with the kids and all and there was only one bed, like I said. On the third try we finally got checked in to a room that had two beds. We have stayed at this hotel in the past and it’s clear that the new name is not for the better. The toilet in the pool area was disguising and the maid came in to add towels and did nothing about it! There was a strange man in the hotel lot, then he came into the pool area and took over the bathroom for more than 20 mins- to take a shower! The pool has numerous little kids swimming with no bathroom. Then there he was in the parking lot when we came back. I reported this to the front desk and was told they were told this already and have called the cops on him in the past. I said well he’s here again and outside around the side of the hotel and he is creepy especially with small kids. There’s no longer cookies or popcorn for the kids at the front desk, but on our last morning the breakfast, which had very little selection and frozen yogurts in the fridge had run out of coffee beans! Coffee is the most basic thing to have at breakfast. One day the pool had no towels and we were told they were in the dryer! The staff all seemed overwhelmed and overworked.

One of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. First room smelled like cigarette smoke. Moved to a second room where the shower bar was dangling off the wall. Either poorly managed or understaffed (or both!)
