The Space:
Come experience one of the new executive residences located at the most desirable location in downtown Holland. This historic building from 1884 was completely renovated in 2021 to offer five two-story residences located on the second & third floors of the building. Each residence features indoor & outdoor entertaining areas, high end finishes, spa like amenities, original brick, and reclaimed wood design elements. This space has a classic sophistication with the warmth of modern finishes.
Guest Access:
Full access to everything in the unit, including both the patio and balcony. Please note, the 2 story condo is located on the 2nd floor and guests must be able to carry luggage up stairs to access condo.

Getting Around:
We offer 1 reserved private parking spot in the parking lot off of 7th street right by our building. The spot will be marked with a cone and feature a sign with the suite number on it. The building features entrances on 7th and 8th street for added convenience.
Other Things to Note:
Please note, this is a pet free condo and have an approved exclusion from service animals on file from Airbnb. Mobility to climb stairs is required. NO ELEVATOR. Guests must complete a check in form to agree to rental rules and identity verification.
