This modern and centrally-located condo right off of 8th Street in Downtown Holland. This condo can accommodate up to 4 guests and features a King Bedroom to go along with 2 Living Spaces, 1 Bathroom, and a Full Kitchen equipped with everything you might need. Small balcony to enjoy some outdoor living as well - facing west. The condo is located in the middle of the building - balcony is city view of other buildings with glimpses of 7th street to right! Max of 4 Guests.

The Space:
Come experience one of the brand new executive residences at The George and Evelyn on 8th featured in the most desirable location in downtown Holland. This historic building from 1884 was completely renovated in 2021 to offer five two-story residences located on the second & third floors of the building. Each residence features indoor & outdoor entertaining areas, high end finishes, spa like amenities, original brick, and reclaimed wood design elements. Book your getaway and enjoy a luxurious retreat today.

Guest Access:
You will be able to access everything within the apartment. This unit features 1 outdoor patio that is yours to use at your convenience. Please note, the 2 story condo is located on the 2nd floor and guests must be able to carry luggage up stairs to access condo.

Please note, this is a pet free condo and have an approved exclusion from service animals on file from Airbnb. Mobility to climb stairs is required. NO ELEVATOR. Guests must complete a check in form to agree to rental rules and identity verification.

Great downtown Holland rental
Amazing location on East 8th Street in the heart of downtown Holland, MI. Unit is well appointed. The host provides almost everything you need. Property is secure with cameras monitoring the entries. Dedicated parking on site is awesome especially during busy times. Nice, local, attentive hosts. Excellent rental in a great location and town. Highly recommend The George and The Evelyn. We are already planning our next stay.

the best location!
Beautiful new short term rental apartment right in the middle of downtown. This George suite is the middle of the building. It has a small balcony with a view of the building next door. There was a requirement to take out our own trash to a certain dumpster at the northwest(?) part of the parking lot behind a certain shoe store. I would expect to take out our trash if we were staying long enough to have more than half a bag of trash, but after paying over a thousand dollars for a premium apartment, including a sizable "cleaning fee" I did not like having to collect the trash from the bathroom, add it to the half full kitchen bag and find the right dumpster when we were checking out.

We’ve stayed in a similar place last year and they are appointed nicely, clean, private, and perfect for a long weekend or week. Convenient to breakfast spots and downtown shopping.

Heart of Holland
Clean, comfortable and super convenient. The apartment felt brand new and nicely designed, and provided everything needed for our small family getaway. Also gave us great access to all things in downtown Holland as well as some nearby site seeing attractions. Check in and check out were also very simple. It was a particularly nice touch to be offered a possible early check in time, as well as a slightly later check out time than what we typically see. Even offered extended parking on site if we needed it. All around great stay.
