Beautiful 1 1/2 story home, built in 2003 with high end finishes. Master bedroom on main with master bath plus an additional powder room on the main. Gourmet kitchen with stainless appliances. Large eating area with access to outside dining for large crowds. Living room and den with new 40' High Definition televisions. Beautiful cherry wood floors on first 2 floors. Newly finished lower level boasting a large great room with daylight windows and plush carpeting.

Lots of comfortable seating to enjoy the 60' high definition television for movies and sports. The lower level also boasts a 3/4 bath and it includes a Murphy Bed, new comfortable queen sleeper sofa and a high quality blow up mattress to add 6 more sleeping possibilities. Home is surrounded by lush woods. Very private and quiet. Wrap around porch with additional eating area. Two additional decks, one with new hot tub. Two car garage for your parking needs. Just one block off Lake Michigan.

Enjoy the local beaches or sunset walks along Lakeshore Drive. Just 5 minutes from local wineries and orchards, 3 miles from Saugatuck/Douglas.

Family Time

For the fourth year we have spent time at this house during the holidays. The house is cozy and warm feeling. The 18 year old's wanted to make sure we were going back this last time. We hope we will be able to continue in the future as college and jobs will start interfering.

NYE friends trip

We had an incredible New Year’s Eve trip with a group of friends and our two small dogs! The house exceeded our expectations – it was fantastic. The kitchen was impressively stocked with everything you could possibly need, including crockpots, large stock pots, and even popsicle molds. The Wii in the basement provided a night of fun, and the hot tub was absolutely amazing! A small tip: consider bringing a few extra towels so you can have dedicated ones for the hot tub and showers while rotating through the laundry. Overall, this was a perfect spot for a memorable getaway!

Fabulous getaway

This was our second time staying here - it’s the perfect place for a fall getaway! The home is beautiful, clean, and has a lot of space to make yourself comfortable. The fenced in yard is great for our pups, too!

Fantastic Private Retreat!

If you are looking for a quiet place with all the amenities in the Fennville/Saugatuck/Douglas area, then look no further! The house has everything you could need for a relaxing getaway. Property was just as described. Home was spacious and clean. Short walk to a park with bluff overlooking Lake MI. Fenced in yard was perfect for dogs. Easy drive to Saugatuck, yet far enough out for plenty of privacy. Highly recommended!

We have been renting this VRBO property every summer for a number of years. It has become a family tradition. We are always impressed with the cleanliness, privacy, and hominess. Fennville gem!

This is easily the most well-appointed home we’ve rented. There is literally nothing the owners have forgotten to provide for a pleasant stay. The kitchen is well-stocked, the home has several grills, yard games and supplies to use. Perhaps most appreciated is dishwasher soap, washing machine detergent, trash bags and toilet paper are provided. Also, the cleanliness was top notch. All of this created such a cozy, welcoming environment. The location is so convenient. This was our first time to the Saugatuck area and we appreciated the peaceful setting in Fennville. We avoided the busy beaches and used the beach access at Westside County Park. It was a short 2 miles away and just perfect. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Beautiful property

The house is beautiful and we loved the relatively secluded property with a fenced in yard for our dog and toddler. We felt like we were in the woods and saw several deer (including fawns!) while we were there. The house itself is very comfortable. The owners were super communicative and helpful. We were in easy driving distance to everything in Saugatuck, Douglas and Fennville. I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful house in a beautiful & quiet location!

This is actually the first time I have ever rented a property, as prior to a couple years ago we were owners in another part of Michigan. But, I needed a good place for a group that I was in charge of planning and am so grateful we found this place! Teri was so accommodating & responsive to my questions. We found the house to be a great pick overall. Easy check-in, clean, well-maintained and fully stocked with everything we needed. I only wish we had more time to stay and make use of all it had to offer (hot tub, fire pit, etc.) But for what we did it was great. It’s in a great location very close to the lake and wineries. I’d definitely return and recommend to others!

Perfect location

The house was incredibly cozy! Perfect for the teens to hang out downstairs while the adults had the coziness of the upstairs. The property was in an incredible wooded area. Just a short ride to Saugatuck. Daily strolls in the neighborhood were very safe with lovely views of the lake. House had all the amenities to cook your own meals. Will definitely be back!
