Sit on the patio and sip your coffee watching the deer and turkey in the valley below. Located across the street from the Taneycomo Lake. Located 8/10 mile behind College of the Ozarks, less than one mile to boat launch, and 7 minutes to the Branson Mo strip. Within one mile there are restaurants and shopping including Lowes, Menards, groceries, restaurants, Dollar General, Sonic, McDonalds, Taco Bell, etc.
No need to buy anything, fully furnished WIFI, Cable, etc. everything is new and clean!

Unsatisfactory
Very depressing inside. None of the blinds on windows opened. They are totally broken, could not look out. Plastic slats are also broken. Bed creaked loudly every time one of us turned over. Bathroom door squeaked . Some light bulbs out. Decor old. whole place dingy, but it was clean. Lower portion of grounds overgrown, gas bbq unusable. No courtesy coffee for 1st day was available as stated.

Condo was accurately described and location was great, away from the busy downtown area. Did not receive code to lockbox at the time they said we would, but contacted the owner and he had it to us in about five minutes.

Wouldn’t stay here again
I have done other VRBO properties before and thought they went well, so I thought we would try another one for our trip to Branson. Not sure if it is common or not, but other property owners gave us full information right after booking. We had to wait until the 3:00 check-in to receive more information, which seemed like kind of late notice. Upon arrival, it was 85 degrees inside with a humidifier plugged in. It also smelled musty, but that seemed to go away after the humidifier was unplugged for a little bit. The AC worked well. The cable and internet did not work, but communication with the property owner was prompt and was fixed by the next day. I wish pictures of the bathroom would have been included because the shower was extremely small, and there was not much counter space either. Would not have booked it if those pictures would have been included. The space of the place in general was good for two people, but I wouldn’t recommend any more than that. I was looking for somewhere cheaper to stay while we were in Branson, but honestly, it was not worth the price per night. There were other options but that looked nicer for about the same price (further away from where we wanted to be though). This place served its purpose of having somewhere to sleep at night, but I would not stay here again.

Everything worked like it was supposed too. Perfect size for what I needed. Checkin and checkout was really easy! Would definitely recommend for someone needing a place to stay and not wanting the hustle and bustle or price of a hotel. Very fair priced and quiet little area.

Pictures are deceiving.
It was much smaller than pictures indicated. I had to call owner to get the code to get in never received the code as indicated ptior to check in. There was nothing (pots/pans) to use for cooking. Only one sm 8” skillet to use on stove top. The recliners in the sofa did not work. The covered porch has ZERO view because the weeds were higher than my head while standing on the deck. Could not recommend.

My sister and I stayed through the July 4th holiday weekend to shop at the Branson Landing and do a little site seeing. The host was very prompt in replying to any concerns that we had. He was very courteous and had provided everything that we needed. The house was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

So when I arrived I noticed I never got the lock code sent to my email couldn’t get in touch with the owner bc they were out the country waited an extra 30 mins and they finally sent the code . We get in and the property was very clean the only thing is the water did not get hot just warm enough for you to take a 1-2 min shower you had to be in and out overall my stay was good just a few bumps in the beginning

Just right for two
The location was great. It was easy access to the freeway close enough to everything and far enough away to have access to an out door setting. If your heart's set on a barbecue (unless it gets replaced it was far away and I'm not sure it was use-able.) Other renters smelled an off smell and I noticed it too in-spite of many air fresheners and a dehumidifier which I emptied once to twice a day. The kitchen dishes were adequate I left a large clear salad bowl for future guests. It was as described. Small and cozy. Be careful in the shower the water can get really Hot!!! Children should be closely supervised as I got burnt. I contacted the owner but I didn't get a response so I do not know if this has been addressed. I was over all satisfied -I read the reviews and felt they were accurate.

My husband and i had a great experience with this VRBO. The house was clean and had everything we could of need. Our host was very nice and quickly answered all of our messages. The location was close to everything and was very quiet so we enjoyed our quiet time. We look foward to stay here again when we return .

Had a rough check in to start, but property manager was very apologetic. Don't think the comforter on bed was clean. There was an obvious wet stain. The problem overall was the odor of the room. It was strong, very musty, moldy/mildew smell. The humidifier had to be dumped multiple times per day, and it did nothing to get rid of the odor. I have very mild allergies, however, by day 2 I had a horrible headache. We booked for 3 nights, but had to leave a day early due to the headache/odor. Disappointed overall.

This property location is near all the Branson attractions, but out just a bit to avoid crowds. The owner and maintenance have excellent communication. I made some suggestions for small improvements that were well received. Good value for a short stay.

Amazing stay
The property was very clean when we checked in, the only issue we had was the bedroom tv did not have sound. But the location was great close enough to everything but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Branson. The property manager was great, we didn’t receive our check in info on time and he was more than happy to accommodate and text the info.

I like how fast the person brought over laundry detergent, when he found out there wasn’t any there. My major concern is a very strong musty/moldy smell. We bought Lysol and air fresheners and lit candles, but they may want to check on what’s going on with that smell. Sometimes people just get too used to the smell of a place, and maybe that has happened in this situation. The laundry room there has the same smell also, and it is not kept very clean at all., I know that they are not in charge of that, but I’m just giving people a heads up. The price was great, and it had everything that we needed. There was a nice little shared porch on the back.

It was a good home base
We were gone a lot so we only came back to eat and sleep. You must go to the pizza shop down the street at least one night. The apartment had a very comfortable bed! Everything was clean. I think they have super soft water and it was an adjustment for me. Lol you don’t have to use so much soap!
