Luxury Ocean Front - Surf City

Breathtaking ocean views will help you escape and find relaxation in this end-unit condo. Only feet from the water, you'll be able to embrace the entire sunrise and ocean to yourself! This condo will make you feel like you're staying in paradise in this quaint and friendly beach town! It comes furnished with a king bedroom suite, two single bunk beds, 1.5 baths, and a queen sleeper sofa. Great for couples or those wanting to enjoy the beach with the little ones. Stocked kitchen ready for cooking or enjoy proximity to the many great restaurants in Surf City! This gem is the vacation spot you will want to return to year after year.

You'll love the high end furnishings and finishes in this beautiful, ocean view condo! The cozy living room has plenty of seating for your group, and centers around the large balcony doors with amazing views of the water. It is open to the dining area and the well appointed kitchen, so you can take advantage of the views throughout all the main living spaces. The kitchen has been fully stocked with all the essentials that you would need to enjoy a home cooked meal. The spacious bedroom has a king size bed with comfortable linens, and there is a bunk bed in the hall as well as a sofa bed. The best part of the condo is the balcony with it's breathtaking views. It's the perfect spot to start your day with a coffee or end it with a nightcap while taking in the sea breeze!

Guests will have full access to the entire condo, balcony, and community pool. There is also an onsite laundry room near the entrance to the complex for use during your stay. There is a locked owners closet for our supplies, but everything else is yours to use.

The condo is directly on the beach and you can see the ocean from both the balcony and the side windows. This unit is on the second floor, which made the view and experience amazing, you feel like you’re on the beach having your morning coffee with the sand. Unit was exceptionally clean.

Better than we were expecting!

The condo was incredible. 1. We were on the beach! I woke up and drank my coffee watching the ocean. Wow. I didn't realize that would happen. 2. We had a great kitchen, full tv setup, and very comfortable sleeping arrangements. 3. Everything was so peaceful. 4. The pool was very peaceful, too. Also, We stayed in the perfect location. We were close enough to the bridge and everything downtown. And we were on the main road. I want to return again in 2025.

Exploring Topsail Island

Great location for exploring the entire Topsail Island area. The condo was well equipped, beautiful views and a very comfortable stay. A door to the mechanical room was off, exposing an unsightly entry but didn’t affect our stay. Great communication, a quiet and lovely home away from home.

Right on the beach!

We were in town for our youngest granddaughters baptism. As there were a lot of people staying with our son and daughter in law, we wanted to find a spot close to everything and spoil us a bit! The condo size fit us to a T, and the views were incredible. We had all the instructions on how to get into the parking lot, as well as getting into the condo. It was very comfortable. We will be back!!!

The Long Long Beach

Very nice overall. Kind of gross stained pillow case with no replacement even when requested. Wi Fi is a problem especially if you need to deal with flights checking times and such. That said, the unit is nice and as close to the ocean as any other rentals there.

Perfect couples getaway

This beach front spot is so clean and pleasant. Having the waves literally out the window was an amazing, restful weekend for my husband and I for his Birthday. You will need to call Spectrum to update the certificates for your devices, if you are working on a laptop or trying to stream a movie. The guest link works but intermittently times out. Spectrum was helpful and able to set up our Macbook easily with the id and pswd provided. Very quiet location and easily accessible to the beach and our car. Thanks for hosting. Plush towels were a bonus and my husband loved watching a movie on the giant screen. We brought our own Keurig. We will be back. 👍

Clean condo in a perfect location

We really enjoyed our short September stay here. The condo was clean and well appointed, and plenty of space for us two adults. The kitchen was well stocked, though some of the cookware was a bit worn. We did minimal cooking so that didn’t affect us. The location right on the water was unbeatable - just a couple of flights of stairs and you land right on the beach. We were able to walk on the beach to seafood restaurants every night. As with previous guests, we struggled to get the Wi-Fi to work and finally gave up. I would say that as long as you don’t need Wi-Fi for working while at the beach, this is a very ideal place to stay.

Just one thing….

Everything was great. My only suggestion would be to have the higher chairs, bar height, on the balcony so that you are actually looking at the ocean when seated, versus the railing. Lovely unit.
