HUGE BEDROOM ON BEACH !!

My kids typically love hotel continental breakfast but the options were limited and the staff was aggressive/hostile about checking key cards. The didn't want to go back after the first day. The office was 2-blocks away from our room and there was no in-room phone to call the office. We didn't get any service for our room for the first 3 days and when I talked to the office, they wanted me to track down the maid for them. The internet signal was too weak for the in-room TVs and I had use my phone as a hotspot in order to watch anything on the TV. The front door was barely functional. We had to slam it shut or it wouldn't latch. A beachfront hotel with laminate wood floors should provide a broom in every room.

Clean every 3 days, I have to claim silverware and toilet paper as well as clean towels . The courtesy at the front desk was also poor, they are just in the business of getting as much of your money as they can, $19.26 parking fees per day extra charge at the hotel

Didn’t get the room we reserved, staff got mad and insisted the room they stuck us in was better than our room we paid for. Room didn’t have the amount of beds we needed, asked for extra blanket since we now had our daughter sleeping on couch, never received, asked again told one would be brought over, never received. Had smaller fridge, smaller stove. Was unable to buy groceries and cook like we planned because there was no room. Asked for kitchen box,it only included two of everything, we had family of 4. Breakfast was the bare minimum, don’t advertise free breakfast if all you have is cereal and toast. Whole staff seemed to have a sour attitude. Key card quit working two days in, staff got mad that I wanted a new key card.

The room is very basic though very expensive (also very expensive parking), however the property was clean. Bathroom very very small. What I liked most is that the maintenance team comes in less than 5 minutes when I reported that the fridge had water leakage and another time when the AC was not working. Reception ladies need to be more friendly. Walking distance to the beach is perfect!

Perfect for the price
You pay for what you get so we weren't expecting anything to crazy so for the price the room was ok and what I'd expect at that rate. My biggest issue was they had no clean wash clothes already in our room and that we had to wait after 9:30 the next morning after check in the 1st day to get some clean wash clothes which is inexcusable. Other then that for a quick overnight stay before going to the airport in the morning it was decent.

2 star hotel
Air conditioning and location were great. Dead cockroach found in 1 out of 5 rooms. The manager did accommodate to a different/ upgraded room. Several hairs found in my room that did not belong to my family. A little TLC to the building (plaster, molding, blinds) would go a long way but this is a 2 star hotel; you get what you pay for. Pools were small and crowded. The continental breakfast was fair. Front desk staff were nice and they did accommodate luggage storage til rooms were ready. Did not like the extra $ charged after the fact for the “resort fee.”
