The townhouse is convenient to everything on the island - walk to the beach, supermarket, retail shops, and restaurants. Or catch the local trolley (or the **golf cart) and cruise the island to a vast selection of top rated restaurants and see all that Anna Maria Island has to offer. Wonderful owners!

We had a fabulous experience at this property! Before we came to town, there was unexpected construction happening on the property, and the owners did a great job communicating those updates with me prior to arrival. During our stay, they were very responsive to our questions as well! We loved the pack and play there and even made use of the extra beach toys left there! I loved the extra bedding available in all the rooms, too. Overall, a great experience!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Anna Maria Island. The location was perfect! We did enjoy the use of the golf cart and I would recommend it for the area. There is still work being done in due to the hurricanes in summer 2024 but there was still plenty to do and the beaches are gorgeous!!! Our hosts were great and provided us with very helpful "local" dining options. The condo is beautiful, three floors, the first is garage and entry only, the second is the main living area and one bedroom and bathroom, and the third has two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. When in the condo we were mostly on the 2nd floor which also has a nice balcony.

We stayed here for a soccer tournament in Sarasota. The hosts were responsive when we had questions and all that good stuff. Some places were closed because of the hurricanes, but that was expected.All in all it was a good stay.

Girls weekend

We had an awesome time on AMI. I live in Florida so this is a regular vacation spot for me/us. We love the small town feel that it offers and the beaches are absolutely beautiful. This condo was in a great area and David was easy to communicate with and always answered quickly when I had a question. The place was exactly as described and very clean. Looking forward to booking this one again.

Loved this townhome!

This place had everything we needed! It so nicely decorated and spacious. The pool was never crowded and always clean. The owners were very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Great location and so convenient having the golf cart! We will definitely stay here again!!

It was fine

Chair on back porch was broken, but a pillow covered it, so my friend sat in it and started falling through. Check in process was weak. Property was good. Missing a booklet that had all the information to operate all the different appliances and restaurants. The two page sheet sent to us was not informative enough.

Fabulous Townhouse on Anna Maria Island

This was an extremely well put together property. The description was spot on. The owners added little home touches such dishwasher detergent, soaps, TV in every room. Can walk to the grocery store and beach. The go cart is a must for easy traveling although there is a free Trolley. The owners were responsive to questions almost immediately. Will stay again.

Cozy, Beech themed stylish Condo

Me and my family had a great time in this comfortable little condo. Pros: • Well decorated • Lots of space • Great location • Very clean • Owner was a pleasure to work with Cons: • Air conditioning could be updated. It doesn't quite make it to the top floor effectively making the top floor always a bit on the a little too warm side • Lots of stairs. This place is definitely not for someone who has issues with climbing sets of stairs
