"The entire experience at Eyja Guldsmeden Hotel was exceptional. ALL of the staff was friendly and smiling. They were attentive to our needs, went out of their way to provide excellent recommendations, show us maps, discuss local tips and even follow up with us at later times (without solicitation) about questions we'd asked that they didn't know the answer to. When I casually mentioned one morning to a team member at the front desk that we'd been out late celebrating my partner's birthday, we arrived to our room that evening to find a chilled bottle of champagne and a had written birthday card form the team. The was the epitome of a 5 Star stay and we will absolutely return to stay with Eyja again."
