Used this hotel since I had an early morning procedure in Birmingham and I live 90 minutes away. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The beds were a little too firm for our liking, but overall, a nice hotel that was quiet and clean.

We didnt get a wink of sleep with the people directly across from us. They were in the hallway (up to 10 of them) screaming, running, slamming doors at all hours of the evening/night. I called downstairs to the front desk to complain and got no answer. Will never stay at this location again.
