This single family villa has its own 2 car garage, and the community has a great swimming pool.
This villa sleeps a maximum of 6 persons. On the first (and only) floor you will find the living room with dining area, master bedroom (King), second bedroom with a Queen and third bedroom with 2 Twins. There is a Master bathroom with a very large shower and 2 sinks and a second bathroom with a shower/tub and a sink.
The villa has a super large screened-in porch with a gas BBQ grill, table and chairs, sitting area and view of the Marina!
This beautiful villa is equipped with many kitchen accessories so you can cook meals with family and friends. Provided for you, is a stand up deep freeze to store your catch & a cooler to take on day trips.
This villa has lots of amenities like Cable TV, flat screens (75 and 55 inch TV), free wifi and is very complete.
From our Marina you will have direct access to the Gulf of Mexico for great fishing, scalloping “in season”, dolphin watching or swimming at the springs. Guests may also enjoy viewing and swimming with Manatees during the winter season.
While on the river, float on in to local restaurants accessible by boat for delicious seafood and drinks. We recommend Marguerita Grill, The Freezer Tiki Bar, The Shed, Crump's Landing ). Owners tip: all of these restaurants will cook your catch for you. Call them ahead of time while planning your day. Make sure your scallops are shelled and your fish is filleted prior to arrival at the restaurant.
Bring your own boat (docks are available for rent and we can accommodate boats up to 27 ft) and enjoy the Homosassa Springs, the Homosassa River, the Nature Coast and the Gulf of Mexico!
