On arrival, sign on front door said go to side window for check in (about 4 PM). Did so, rang the bell - and was (politely) informed I could come in the front door... Sign was still up as I left....just found it a bit odd.

The first room did not smell clean. Microwave had big hole, and bedding had burn marks and graffiti behind door. We let them know right away and they put us next door and the room was not so much better. As graffiti behind door and burn marks in bedding and did not have a clean smell. Man came to our door and stated it was a remodeled room. But I advised if we could have another blanket, and he said the burned one was new and he can't help what people do.

Perfect getaway hidden gym in Hondo, Texas
This place was immaculate! The rooms were super clean. The beds were firm but great. The bathroom was spotless. The pool area is absolutely beautiful. It was super quiet and off the road, we will definitely return. Well worth the money! The staff were super nice and helpful!! He has the most beautiful huge Ivey in the office.

Awesome place to stay
Check in and out was very friendly and fast. Motel room was very clean, quiet and bed was so comfortable. A/C was great...and water in shower so hot/warm.. and easily adjustable to the temp you would like. You can park right in front of your motel room.

Weekend with grandson
It was nice enough that I had an enjoyable time with my 8 year old grandson. We spent most of the time at the pool while we were at the hotel. It is dated and could certainly use a face lift. The rooms could have been cleaner.
