disappointing stay
First impression at arrival: very dark, unsure if we were at the correct location, no address sign or outside lights to the porch. It was very dark and no pathway, as my sister was handicapped her footing was unsure from the car to the front porch.
Entering: the down stairs bedroom bed was very high off the floor and my handicapped sister was challenged to get on and off the bed. This bathroom had shelving falling off the wall at the sink area. The floor was collapsing under the sink. The shower shelving was not secured to the wall.
Upstairs: dead flies accumulated. The bath faucets were turned on and there was water leaking from behind the wall into the tub. The ceiling was so slanted that nothing could be done without leaning over.... the bath, the toilet, the sink.
We left a day early and did not ask for any reimbursement, since we felt it would not be agreed. We just found a hotel and rented 2 rooms.
The grounds were nice and the location was good, but the overall experience was not.
