The property was fabulous. Appeared super remote and isolated, but was really only a few miles from restaurants and micro breweries. The air conditioning worked well and there were ceiling fans if you didn’t want to use it, plenty of pots and pans and dishes and silverware and drinkware. The beds and couches were comfortable, and the house was filled with new appliances. There was a power outage Friday night, not because of anything at the house, and the owner was extremely responsive. He came first thing in the morning, bringing coffee and cinnamon rolls, and then worked with RGE to get the power restored quickly. Large deck and a basketball court, hot tub, and fire pit, Game room with darts and pool table, which were excellent as well. My only suggestions would be the addition of more wine glasses, and small floor fans for the rooms without overhead fans or air conditioning. Also a picnic table on one of the decks would’ve been great for eating outdoors. But overall would definitely stay there again, and definitely recommend for any groups of 12 or less, which was how many we had.
