The room was smaller than expected. The air conditioning was loud and there was a smell coming through the ventilation that showed the age of the hotel. I can't fault the staff they were helpful, attentive, and friendly and should be recognised for their service.

Liked free shuttle into the downtown area, cool bartender, candy bar and drinking water availability. Didn't like the step on the ramp in the foyer (luggage difficulty), claustrophobic bathroom and room space(for 3 beds) and limited amenities.

Good location to stay away from huge crowds and still have relatively quick access to the central busy areas. The room was good and quite spacious for Hong Kong. Good breakfast with small changes from day to day. The only thing is that there is no daily room service & changing towels unless you put the sign on the door knob. We forgot twice and had to re-use the damp towels. :-)

Stayed her twice before. This hotel has gone downhill big time. Rooms are not clean. First night sheets had stains. Breakfast 2/10. Nothing cooked fresh. Staff sending messages asking for money for incidentals when they had my CC on file. Crossed this hotel off my list in HK. Won’t come back again.

O booked 10 nights in this hotel .I don’t get my room on check in time and they asked us to come back in 2 hours. We need to go out so we had to take a much lower floor. Staff asked us to check in a few days if we can moved up the floor. During our check in time I hear staffs yelling out loud in foul language across the hall. The biggest disappointment is the room AC. It can only turn on and off. While on the temperature is freezing cold probably around 20. I was told by the staff that is the fact. The room cleaning is a joke which dust are found in many spots. Won’t go back there.

Slow service, smelly room. Didnt make up the room even though i placed the sign to do so, and the housekeeper was there when I did it. Had to get towels at night, and it didnt arrive until much chasers later

Very nice and accommodating staff! We were able to check in very early and they were kind to provide us a room with no extra charge for early check in. Gym is reasonable but small, lift can be slow at times but there are many to choose from. The included hotel shuttle is extremely handy. Definitely recommend staying here and would stay again!
