Great hotel and value for money
Fantastic stay , great location. Excellent value for money. Very comfortable room - excellent quality towels and bed linen. Great shower and toiletries. Large flat screen tv with cable channels. Fridge and even iron & ironing board. Absolutely perfect- no negative points whatsoever.

This hotel property is centrally located in Wan Chai surrounded by nightlife activities with many bars and clubs around. We got a room located next to the pipe duct it was creaking every hour.

A modern, well located hotel in the center of Wan Chai district, near to many transport options and the entertainment district. Rooms are pretty well equiped with fridge, coffee machine, kettle, iron, smart TV with a reasonable array of channels. Weirdly, there is no hand soap provided in the bathroom. The electric sockets are plentiful and all have USB ports but are not 'international' so bring an adaptor if you aren't using the British standard plug. My own room was adjacent to the elevator and during peak times was very noisy. The gym is adequate but the ceiling height is too low for a serious lifting workout. There is an outdoor swimming pool available although I didn't see anyone using it. As of December 2024, a new coffee shop is being constructed on the ground floor. Staff are helpful and there are several 7-Eleven stores within a 3 minutes walk and plenty of close-by bars, cafes and restaurants. One significant concern is that the hotel's wifi is *totally open with no password* so it is essential to use a VPN at all times. As I was on a business trip, given the sockets, dangerous wifi and elevator noise, a 3* is appropriate.

It was a terrible stay. I stayed in the hotel for 8 nights in total, while there were 2 nights without a electric supply due to a conduction of regular power support, aircon was disconnected in the middle of the night which gave me the feeling of shortage of air. Nonetheless, i was allocated in a floor which all the rooms around me were undergoing renovation, it was super dusty with drilling and digging pretty much happened early in the morning. It was a terrible stay after all and i would recommend guests for not staying in this hotel.

Never stayed here before, usually I am in Mongkok. But I am glad I stayed here. The staff are great, friendly, professional and approachable. There are tons of food options in the area. And its a stones throw away from the MTR. The hotel has a gym and its great for my purposes. Free weights and running machines. If night life is what you want, you have that too, being its on Lockhart Road. Plenty of bars and restaurants . If you prefer McDonalds, KFC, Pizza Hut, they are close too. The hotel is close to plenty of shops, markets and malls. I liked the location, I liked the room, the power shower etc. All good.

The hotel waas located in a convenient location. The room was comfortable and clean. The only criticism I have is that there was no small bar of soap in the bathroom, for use in washing your after going to the lavatory. I had to use the shower gel instead.
